Instate October 1 of each year as it is the begining of National Fire prevention month to be named Firefighters Day

I would like to be the first to bring this before congress to enact this day as a day to remember all Firefighters who have Lost their live in the line of duty,as well as for those who still risk their lives to protect those around them Volunteer and Career . I have been told that Congress was place every effort to obtain a day for National Fallen Firefighters.I would like That day to be October 1rst as this day is and always will be the beginning of National Fire prevention month.
