Instate the Pikachu law requiring law enforcement to yell "Pika" before tasing a suspect Similar to Mirandizing suspects

Created by J.F. on November 19, 2013

The Pikachu law would require all law enforcement to warn suspects about to be tased by yelling "Pika" loudly, before doing so. Such warning would be internationally understood and provide a citizen in jeopardy of being tased clear warning, providing an opportunity for the suspect to seise the tasable offense and avoid electrocution.

Similar to being Mirandized, the Pikachu protocol would better inform citizens of their rights in confusing and high pressure situations and give law enforcement the legal tools to defuse a dangerous situation and provide greater opportunity to avoid using non-leathal force to subdue a suspect.
