The United States of America is an indirect democracy because her citizens are uninformed and incapable of voting on legislation. We can work toward a direct democracy by creating a comprehensive suffrage exam, and upon successful completion, a voter can earn the right to cast a ballot on a candidate or issue.
On behalf of The United States Constitution and the People of the Unites States of America, let us allow the educated to improve our state.
