Too Many Members of the Congress have been in office for TOO long resulting in the deadlock and lack of innovation we are now experiencing in government.
Also when a candidate is in office for too long, uninformed voters will cast a vote for a name they know as opposed to one who may have better policies.
I would recommend that members of the Senate are limited to 2, 6 year terms and those of the house to be limited to 4, 2 year terms.
