Instead of an age restriction to vote there should be a test to see if a person is academically ready to vote

This petition will make sure that people that are actually ready to vote, will vote. This means that teens or adults that don't understand what the government is and what it does won't vote. Also, kids that are above their grade in intelligence and able to pass the exam will be able to help make the big decisions that affect everyone. If this is put into action the government will be changed by people who really understand the power of the government and how it should be used for the better of the people.
