Instead of cutting military spending, cut Obama's personal 1.4 billion dollar expenses. Obama's cost for presidency is 20 times more expensive as the Royal family of Britain. Cutting his personal spending, that is our tax, money would free up tax revenue to put into other sectors of government. Preferably the defense budget. The president is using our tax money for his families personal enjoyment
