3. All firearms should be sold with safety features such as trigger locks.
4. Safety features such as trigger locks and safes must be regulated by stringent federal standards to ensure that a owners weapons are not subject to unwanted use.
5. Allow CCW carrying personnel in schools and other public areas. Does not have to be every teacher or employee a senior member of the facility or hired professional guard.
