Instead of US EUROPE investing in China that made them rich and so arrogant invest it in Philippines your allies that will help build balance of power in Asia.And how about a donation of sea worthy submarine or jet fighter that has adequate weaponry to defend themselves.Against Chinas bully that USA will make your allies at least feels that they are not alone that there is still democracy loving country ready to support us against communistic ideologies.Because Filipinos sometimes think that are someway abandoned due to USA tremendous debts to China that 1 day China will own a many company in US EUROPE etc.By then it might be more difficult for the whole world to control China.because of their ideologies ways and thinking.China is hostile to Asia and US 10 years from now is DANGER.........
