Instill a Peace Treaty between North and South Korea

From 1950-1953, the United States, England, Canada, India, Australia, New Zealand, and other countries joined forces with the South Korean military through United Nations deployment to instill a better quality of life for the South Korean people. In 1953, an Armistice Agreement was in-place not a peace treaty. Recently, the North Korean government lifted the armistice agreement, which means the country of North Korea can invade, wage-war, and raise terrorism with their allies throughout the world. For instance, North Korean spies are responsible for recent computer terrorism where North Korean computer-hackers have found ways to infiltrate South Korean banks, air-traffic control, and governmental agencies. A Peace Treaty not only instills Global Security, but heightens stricter sanctions.
