Our children's teachers are taught to lock the door, keep the children quiet and hide in case of a school shooting. If a gun man ever broke into a room where the children are it would be like shooting fish in a barrel. I suggest we come up with a better plan than hiding when gun shots are heard. For instance, keeping a step ladder by the window and getting the children out of the building and as far from the incident on 1st floor class rooms. I'm sure Obama can talk to police officers along with others and come up with a better plan than the one they have set.
