Too many politicians are becoming entrenched in Washington and working for their own benefit rather than the benefit of "we the people". Congress is only scheduled to work 126 days in 2013. Giving them the benefit of the doubt for working a full 8 hours on each of those 126 days, that comes to $172.61 per hour! Plus automatic cost-of-living increases each year. The average citizen is struggling to survive at around $9.00 an hour with NO cost-of-living increase.
