institue a statute or law requiring public schools to take security measures to limit access to public school buildings

With the recent and past attacks on children and our educators by armed persons, who aimlessly murder innocent men, women, and children at our public schools. We, the undersigned, request that the members of Congress, as well as, the President of the United States, call for, design, and enact a bill which requires increased security measures be mandated at all public schools.

This mandate must include:
1. Preventing access to non student or non school employess to any portion of a school buildling while the school is occupied for educational purposes.

2. Enacting measures to limit access to school grounds by the general public in such a way as to prevent unauthorized access at any time.

3, Require guards posted on school propery during school sessions.
