institute a 2 term limit for members of Congress and the House and NO law passed that does not apply equally to ALL

This Petition is designed to have Term Limits and Equal application of laws that our "Citizen Legislators" pass, apply equally to all American Citizens. Our founding fathers envisioned Citizen Legislators. We believe more than 2 terms in Office causes a loss of understanding with the Citizens they were Elected to Represent.
