Institute a 20% FLAT TAX system that will replace the current one for all Americans. This tax will be on any and all types of individual income, including but not limited to pensions, bonuses or gratuities with the ony exception being income obtained through inheritance.
Any and all increases or reductions must be approved by a majority popular vote in an annual general election.
Eliminate any & all deductions of any type.
Downsize and eliminate several would be obsolete areas of the Internal Revenue Service and cut their budget from approximately $12.8 Billion to approximately $1.3 Billion annually.
