Enact legislation that:

1. Requires all goods sold in the US to be made from a minimum of 25% US manufacturer.
(Exceptions to #1: foreign manufacturers can pay higher tariff rates on non us made goods to equalize the competitive price with US made goods, and or, foreign companies with US manufacturing plants staffed with US workers may receive an exemption)

2. All retailers, on-line and or with physical presences are required to carry and sell a minimum of 25% US manufactured goods.

3. All goods shall place in full color the manufacturing country’s nation flag on its label.
