This is a petition to mandate anger-management classes in public middle schools and high schools. Such classes will address the fundamental cause of violent crimes and threatening behaviors among youth - the underdeveloped capacity to deal maturely with hostile thoughts. Benefits would be realized immediately and over time as youth advance into adulthood.
