The time has come to institute a ban on trucks. Terrorist use of trucks, both in the creation of vehicle-borne IEDs or as weapons of mass destruction as seen in Nice, France, has become a public health crisis. At the very least trucks need to be strictly regulated to keep them out of the hands of people who shouldn’t own trucks; the mentally ill, felons, radical Islamists and Left Wing terrorist organizations such as Black Lies Matter. Trucks with aggressive, military-style features such as light-bars, off-road bumpers and tires, performance exhausts and high-capacity fuel tanks should be banned entirely; no one “needs” these kinds of trucks. We flood communities with so many trucks that it is easier for a teenager to buy a Glock than get his hands on a computer or even a book.
