We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Institute A Community Policing Policy For Law Enforcement Officers

Created by J.C. on July 12, 2016

We need Law Enforcement to work with communities instead of against communities. Instituting a policy of assigning police to work in neighborhoods in which they live will enable them to prevent more people from becoming statistics. When one goes to buy groceries or to a convenience store in their neighborhood to make purchases, one often comes into contact with a wide variety of citizens from their community. This is the community that needs citizens in the law enforcement role. Our voting districts in larger cities will be the areas that law enforcement should protect. There should be local agencies with federal oversight to institute this policy. This is not anti-police. They do have a role to play in society. But they will be more effective at resolving disputes and cutting down crime.
