A simple and fair proportional tax is needed where loopholes are eliminated and everyone pays the same percentage of their income over $10000. Creating this kind of comprehensive tax plan would nearly eliminate the need for the IRS and those funds could be allocated elsewhere. Everyone should contribute equally, including corporations.
