If corporations want to be people, they should be subject to some responsibilities of them. In the event that a corporation willfully and maliciously cause the deaths of human beings, that corporation shall be disbanded and its assets sold to repay its shareholders. The shareholders shall have the right to sue its current and previous upper management to recoup any losses not covered by the sale of that corporation's assets.
