This petition seeks to ask Attorney General Holder to institute a criminal investigation into the role of former Vice President Richard Cheny in the deaths of over 4000 American citizens and unknown thousands of Iraqi citizens in the period of 2000 to 2007. Ancilliary to the investigation shall be to determine Mr. Cheny's responsibility for ordering and abetting the torture of foreign citizens in direct violation of the Geneva Conventions
