Institute drug testing for all recipients of regular government monies, employees and unemployed alike.

To equalize the recieving of regular, government checks and monies among all recipients. Government employees are, at this time, required to subject themselves for random or regular drug testing to ensure that they follow Federal Law. At this time, recipients of Federal Aid are not required to provide proof that they follow Federal Law. We feel that this appears to be discriminate in assuming that the working peoples are more likely to fail to follow Federal Law. Equality among the recipients of Federal monies should be instituted. Therefore, we request the institution of mandatory drug testing of all such recipients and require that they abide by Federal Law to recieve Federal Funds. And that they lose that income if they fail to follow the law, just as Government employees would.
