Institute education reform and grant 3 year diplomas in high schools to students with enough credits.

The US Education system should be reformed in order to allow students to graduate from high school if they have enough credits as well as have passed mandatory classes (Such as US History and Civics) if they have completed said prerequisites after 3 years of high school instead of four.
