While America is considered the melting pot of the world where people from diverse cultures and languages make a new home, it is critical for the them to assimilate to our common language. How often are people from various languages kept at the bottom of our economic ladder because they are not encouraged to learn English? There is no incentive to learn if consumer products are produced in every language and interpretors are available in schools and workplaces. This country has allowed immigrants from reaching their full potential. This affects us all. While a fabric may be of various colors it must have a consistent amount of stitching within each piece and the same consistency in all pieces, otherwise you get uneven puckering and shrinkage which leads to a low quality product.
