At this moment, the practice of fracking by oil & gas drillers are essentially un-regulated, and unknown chemicals, including known carcinogens have been injected into the ground which have contaminated ground water nearby. In addition, there are uncontrolled discharge of methane into the air without constraint which no doubt has aggravated global warming. These practices must be stopped, until sound and strict regulation is put in place.
