President Obama should advocate the establishment of a presidential pardon in civil matters. It is the only way to right a wrong(s) in instances of violations the the U.S. and individual state constitutions, or abuses of judicial discretion, that have not been addressed by either state supreme courts or the U.S. Supreme Court (discretionary courts that, unlike lower courts are not obligated to hear any given case).
My own experience drives this petition. Tennessee's Court of Appeals has affirmed Davidson Chancery Court Chancellor Carol McCoy's Order to remove me from my home of nearly 34 years though I OWN it outright, have committed no crime and am not financially in arrears. I am also under a gag order and am being blackmailed with a videotape made without my consent,
