Institute FAIR Childsupport Guidelines and take the power away from the courts as they are antiquated and bias.

Created by M.F. on September 26, 2011

As a Massachusette resident and a divorced father of two small children I find that the laws governing the calculation of childsupport unfair, antiquted and discriminatory against men. the guidelines are old in referance to custody and are always in favor of the mother and as the mother lives at the same or better style of living after the divorce the father struggles. Most fathers, like myself, do not mind paying the support as it is Supposed to go tot the children but we watch our dollars go to personal vacation without the kids, clothes, cars etc. with no controls. I pay out over 20k per year in support and have to clain this on my taxes as income but the mother do not? This is not the 1960's we fathers have the our kids more often and it is time for Change in favor of the non-custodial
