We call upon the Obama Administration to institute the Fair Tax. An equal tax rate across the board for all Americans regardless of income level. And as part of this new tax initiative, re-write Obamacare to create a program of free health care for all Americans at a level consistent with that provided to the executive branch of government, paid for as part of the Fair Tax system.
To offset the reduction in responsibilities and manpower this would create in the existing internal revenue service: Provide re-assignment and cross-training to existing personnel for a new administrative body responsible for the operation and oversight of this new health care system.
