Institute a Federal Law that ends non medical exemption vaccines for all Americans including School age children.

The anti vaccine movement must be stopped by having a Federal Law that mandates vaccine of Children and some cases adults. Refusal to vaccinate Kids should result in mandatory criminal prosecution and mandatory prison sentence of 20 years for endangering the welfare of children and the nation by refusal to vaccinate. That is why the President should ask Congress to end non medical exemption to vaccines and Public School funding should only be conditioned by requiring all children be vaccinated unless exemption is Medical based. States that refuse to enforce the law should lose all Federal funding and territories that refuse to enforce the law should be taken over by the US Department of the Interior. Foreign Tourist and those who hold all types of Visas must be vaccinated or denied entry.
