In order to posses a firearm under the 2nd Amendment all registered gun owners must serve in the Reserves. This will help ensure that all gun owners pass the mandatory background and mental health check ups as well as ensure proper training. Any gun owner over the age of 40 does not have to serve any longer, but must purchase a firearm insurance policy to be renewed annually to ensure the proper regulation.
