As the United States Congress under its current leadership has failed to address the failing infrastructure, high unemployment, income inequality, and has in many cases, obstructed constructive solutions to these problems; and as the Congress under its current leadership has squandered time and tax-funds through knowingly pointless and feckless attempts to repeal settled legislation and have engaged in costly, repetitive and pointless investigations of the Executive Branch and the President merely as a platform to advance a partisan political agenda and to appear like a cadre of snotty, whining idiots thorough their shamefully unprofessional behavior in these proceeding, we the undersigned request the POTUS, on behalf of US citizens sue the Congress for Breech of Contract.
