Institute legislation that requires all schools; both private and public to have Kick in Proof Class room doors.

This petition has the goal of enacting legislation that would REQUIRE that ALL schools, Colleges, and other Educational Institutions to Upgrade all existing classroom doors to a Steal door without windows and a THREE point locking system with steal frame. With current school emergency doctrines when an event occurs the teachers/professors are instructed to lock the classroom doors. This measure is only as good as the Door that is being locked. In the recent Sandy Hook event the shooter gained access to the class room by shooting out the window and unlocking the door. If all educational institutions and schools were to upgrade all classroom doors to steal doors with a three point locking system with steal frame this would greatly improve the chances of survival of those students.
