Institute mandatory drug testing for recipients of Unemployment and Welfare funds from the state and federal level.

Currently 48 percent of the population is supporting the remaining 52 percent through our taxes and hard work. We go to work daily, fight wars and work to better our lives and the lives of our children. The 52 percent live off our dime and continue to vote the candidates to office who promise to continue the excessive gratuity the government is handing out. This must be stopped. We are not the cash cow for the unemployed who do not wish to work. Deny benefits from those found to test positive or who refuse to submit to such testing. Put your vote to work, let the President and Congress know that YOU earned your money and you want to know that if it is going to be given out it goes to those who in fact need it not those who use the money to purchase drugs.
