Its time to stop enabling those who won't help themselves. In order to receive government assistance it should be mandatory that an individual pass a drug test each month in order ensure 1) that they are not contributing to crime 2) that they are sober, so that they are employable 3) that tax payers' money does not end up in the pockets of drug dealers. Welfare should not be 'hand-out,' but a 'hand-up.' This petition is aimed to put an end to an entitlement which serves to enable those whom continue to be a drain on society.
