Institute a Mandatory “Parenting Awareness and Education” Course for all Expecting Parents to Participate in.

For any parent adopting or rearing their own child. Many parents expecting may not have experience with children, know the stages of a child’s development, or need a refresher. This course will enlighten parents with the stages of child growth, financial advising, discourage child abuse, promote proper nutrition and adjustment to the new addition to their family. A course will be beneficial to ensure the healthiest environment for a child to grow up in and promote education for expectant parents, similar to how driver’s education helps new drivers. This course can be run by private companies licensed through the state with a curriculum standard and examination upon completion. Can be enforced by withholding Medicaid, Social Security, or other government benefits without certification.
