Math and Science education needs much more prominence in our American society.
Having a nationally recognized day on March 14th (3/14 : π day) will give local communities, educators and parents a chance to place special emphasis on the maths and sciences our country needs to embrace the sweeping changes technology will soon be bringing to our world.
So let's have a day where everyone talks about math and science and eats a lot of good ol' American Pie!
