A minimum wage is not enough. We need to institute a maximum wage. One of our greatest current economic problems is extreme income inequality. If the highest paid employee in a company could make no more than 100 times the lowest paid (including benefits), the problem could be reduced. No one's work is worth thousands of times another's. It seems logical that if a CEO had to raise his workers' pay in order to boost his (or her) own, he would voluntarily raise wages.
