Institute a National Health System

Created by M.C. on September 22, 2011

We believe that there should be a National Health System to improve health care access for everyone in the United States. Health care costs have been driven up by for-profit industries who decide which Americans live and die based on profit margins. Dealing with numerous private insurance companies is a waste of valuable time and money health care professionals could be using in treating their patients.

We have the distinction of being one of the only industrialized nations without universal coverage. It has clearly worked for other countries, and it is time we seriously explore this option as a method of cost control to reduce the burdens on citizens and small businesses while increasing the health of average Americans.
