institute a national holiday of remembrance & acknowledgment of Hugo Chavez and his work on behalf of the poor in S.A.

Hugo Chavez was a very important leader in South America who wrested control of national resources away from pillaging foreign corporations and directed profits toward helping the people of his country. For his efforts on behalf of Venezuela and the poor, he has been vilified by the American government which was benefiting from corporate exploitation of his country's oil resources.
