Institute a national system of "Instant Runoff" voting.

In "Instant Runoff Voting," every voter would rank all the ballot candidates in order of their preference. When the votes are tallied, the lowest-scoring candidates will be eliminated. A voter's choice for that candidate will be instantly switched to that voter's next-favorite choice. This process continues until a winner emerges. In this way, each voter is able to vote for the candidate they truly support, without feeling that they are "throwing away" their vote. The two-party system would lose its eternal grip on our electoral system, which has devolved into a one-party system in which the money power always has control of the winning candidate. Along with this reform, all political parties would be stripped of their control functions in Congress, replaced with a party-less system.
