Make the NRA endorse a new bill for "Smart Gun Technology" to be used by all Gun Manufacturers for all firearms to include all handguns, rifles, shotguns, Assault (Full Automatic and Semi-Automatic) for civilian use not military applications.
1. All newly manufactured weapons must have a biometric id or RFID Device installed in order to obtain ownership of said firearm.
2. The said firearm will only fire with application of the lawful owners finger print for Biometric ID of said weapon or firearm.
Or the owner has to wear a ring or bracelet with RFID tag to fire the weapon or firearm.
3. All weapons already owned must be given a waiver by the Federal governement to get their firearms upgraded with new smart gun technology at no expense to the owner and to maintain ownership.
