'Effingday' shall be established to require all legal U.S. citizens, natural-born or naturalized, man, woman, and child to change their middle name to 'Fucking' for one calendar day of the Administration's choosing. (I suggest something in the Winter months to create an air of Festivity). Furthermore, all citizens will be required to use their associates and family members full, altered names for the duration of said holiday from 12am until 11:59 pm.
