Institute a not-for-profit Single Payer Health Care System. Health Care should be a Right, not a privilege of the rich.

The average family pays over $15,000. yearly to Health Insurance providers that do little more than stand between you and the payment to your doctor and extract obscenely huge profits, driving up the costs of being sick to a level that most middle-class and poor Americans can no longer afford.
The Rights of Life,Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness encompasses good health, and to that end I petition the Obama administration to institute a not-for-profit Single Payer Health Care System similar to the systems used by most of the other civilized nations of the Western world.
