With a goal of assisting current and former college students, the Obama Administration needs to enact a one-time student loan debt forgiveness program. By doing so, students will be better prepared when entering the workforce, eligible for small business loans, and able to pursue careers that focus less on income and more on substance.
1) Those currently in school or past students with loan debt are eligible assuming they earn or have an accredited degree
2) Those with significant criminals histories or felonies are not eligible
3) Loans payments must be up-to-date and not in default
4) Those who choose to accept the program, must agree to volunteer within their communities
