A petition initiated to protect any consumer who has ever been the victim of Mortgage Fraud/Abuse and intimidation by their Mortgager. The petition is meant to institute stiffer penalties against Mortgagers whom willfully do not honor "The Making Home Affordable" guidelines... ie: BAC! Who consistently, abuse their authority by charging hidden fees without providing the Homeowner with proper documentation for transactions made on their behalf and/or in which they are obligated to pay. Assessing exhorbent fees for late mortgage payments and charging excessive processing fees for telephonic payments. Mortgager's should not be allowed to use intimidation and scare tactics when Homeowners question billing processes and/or questionable fees.
