The Citizens of the United States of America by a large majority wish to impose drug testing measures on our public servants, the Members of Congress.
We demand an immediate test for all members of Congress. Then a random test schedule will call for for 2 tests a month.

Congress may not oversee any portion of this project.
Must be done in the presence of a doctor.
