A petition to institute Popular Vote (one person-one vote) as the method used when electing the President of the United States of America. The Electoral College method is outdated. We citizens of the United States each have a vote and each vote should count as equal as another. Each and every vote from each and every citizen should be counted and the tally of these individual votes should be the determining factor in the presidential election.
