We believe that the continuation of any overseas combat operations lasting longer than one year should be put to a public vote.
In the event that the majority of American voters do not approve of the continued overseas operation, the government would be obligated to immediately withdraw U.S. forces.
In the even that the majority of American voters approve of the combat operations, let a temporary federal war tax be instituted in the form of a national sales tax on goods and services so that the war can be paid for in near-real time.
