Institute rational gun control

1. Mandatory criminal background and mental health checks for all sales of weapons.
2. Forbid internet sale of guns and ammunition.
3. Ban extended clips capable of holding more than 10 bullets.
4. Ban automatic weapons, i.e. those that shoot more than one bullet per trigger pull.
5. Guns now kill more people than cars in several states. Guns need to be registered.
6. Mandatory licensing of gun owners, with a test required.
7. Allocate funds for a buyback program and destruction of all surrendered weapons.
8. Improve safety standards of handguns.
