Institute a Recall Election of all Federal Legislative and Executive Officials for lack of resolution on Gov. Shutdown

There should be a Special Recall Election immediately for all members of the Federal Legislative and Executive Offices for the inability to pass an effective resolution pertaining to government shutdown. Citing the inability to uphold their elected obligations to the people of the United States of America.
